Wein mit Herkunft
Winegrowing at Stroblhof is rooted in a long family tradition on the slopes below the Mendel Mountains. Limestone and porphyry, proximity to the Eislöcher and forest, and natural air movement shape the vineyards. Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir form the core varietal focus. Grapes are harvested by hand and vinified directly at Stroblhof, with each vintage handled individually. The intended result is an elegant, mineral style that reflects the vineyards. Pinot Noir matures in French-oak barriques. Cabernet Franc–Merlot and Sauvignon have broadened the range in recent years while maintaining the emphasis on origin, handwork and continuity.
