Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from several vineyards in the north of Puglia. Soils are clay-limestone and sandy, and the microclimate is shaped by both coastal and mountain influences.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. They ferment in stainless steel tanks with maceration of around 15 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for one year in stainless steel, which brings its structure into balance. It then matures further in bottle before release.
