Vineyard and terroir
The Tre Rose estate occupies gentle slopes at Valiano di Montepulciano and comprises 180 ha, more than 78 ha of which are under vine. Of the planted area, 55 ha supply grapes for Vino Nobile; the remaining vineyards contain native and international varieties used for red and white wines.
Grapes
Sangiovese forms the majority of the blend, supplemented by small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Vinification
Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by approximately 10 days of skin maceration at 18–28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matured for six months in large barrels fitted with oak and chestnut inserts.

Tre Rose belongs to the Tenimenti Angelini group and occupies a historic sixteenth-century villa.
