The Aglianico vineyards lie at Tenuta Bocca di Lupo near Minervino Murge, in the heart of the Castel del Monte DOC territory. The estate practices organic viticulture. The surrounding landscape is wild and rugged, with poor, karst terrain; the Vulture volcano rises to the west.

Bocca di Lupo represents the point from which the Antinori family’s investment in Apulian wine began. That investment was driven by confidence in the region’s potential for high-quality wines and has continued for more than twenty years.
