The Carapace brings Umbrian wine, architecture and tourism to international audiences
The Carapace was presented as a case study at the ninth UN Tourism Global Conference on Wine Tourism, held in Bulgaria on 6–7 October. Camilla Lunelli, Communication Director of Gruppo Lunelli, described it as a model in which wine, art and landscape operate together.
Tenute Lunelli was also selected for the first time to participate in OperaWine, organized by Wine Spectator with Vinitaly. Carapace 2016 Montefalco Sagrantino was chosen to represent the Umbrian project.
Alessandro Lunelli described the Carapace as the heart of a production vision centred on excellence and respect for the land. He identified the objective for Sagrantino as revealing both power and grace while balancing innovation with tradition and maintaining territorial identity.
