The fruit comes from the “Colle del Sole” vineyard, at 150–250 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October at optimal ripeness, then undergo skin maceration and fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged in oak barrels.
