The grapes are grown in vineyards in Veneto on sandy clay soils and harvested at optimal ripeness.

Selected Merlot and Corvina grapes are used.
Vinification
The grapes undergo brief skin contact, followed by fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
