Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards, situated at 200 metres above sea level on clay-limestone soils. The site has a favourable local climate and growing conditions.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-October. At the winery, they undergo cryomaceration at 5–8 °C, followed by pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in cement vats.
