Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are situated on hills near Campomarino and Termoli, at 50–100 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Harvest begins in early September. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for three months.

Fresh and smooth.

Suitable as an aperitif and with light dishes.
