Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from various sites across Veneto and is harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The juice is separated from the skins immediately to preserve freshness and aroma, then vinified at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place at low temperature in sealed pressure tanks using the Italian Charmat method.
Label / history
The wine was formerly named “Villa Doral” Prosecco DOC Extra Dry.
