Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Triveneto, also known as Tre Venezie, in northeastern Italy.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently crushed and softly pressed in a vacuum press. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of approximately 18 °C using specially selected yeasts, preserving the wine’s juicy fruit character and bright varietal aroma.
Tasting profile
Fresh, with juicy fruit character and a bright varietal aroma.
Vintage notes
In Veneto, the 2020 growing season began slightly earlier than usual, and flowering and fruit set proceeded without problems. Moderate temperatures and optimal rainfall from March to July created favourable conditions. Temperatures increased in July and early August. Heavy rain and light hail caused occasional issues but no lasting damage. The grapes were healthy and of good quality, with normal sugar levels consistent with previous years.
