Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc fruit is grown in Friuli.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The must ferments in horizontal rotary fermenters, with gentle maceration to extract colour and tannins delicately from the skins.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine matures in large oak barrels.
