Extracts from a Verduno cellar

Vittore Alessandria narrates the family history and introduces Verduno’s territory during harvest. The film moves from the vineyards into the ageing cellar, where large oak casks are used, and includes a tasting of Monvigliero, regarded as Verduno’s grand cru. It then visits Verduno’s historic centre and concludes at the Cantina Comunale del Verduno Pelaverga with Speziale.
