The new wine of Fattoria Ambra: Vermentino Toscana IGT 2023 “L’Aldino”. Vino biologico (organic wine)

The first L’Aldino was made entirely from Vermentino planted in 2013 at Santa Cristina in Pilli. The vineyard has limestone alberese soil, Guyot training and 5,000 vines/ha. Fermentation took place in steel at 17°C, followed by steel maturation. Production amounted to 1,300 0.75-litre bottles. The name refers to a small snake encountered among the vines.
