Harvest 2025 – Winemakers’ Forecasts
The 2025 Etna season began with a relatively rainy winter, allowing the volcanic soils to accumulate water reserves. A mild and regular spring encouraged balanced vegetative growth. Grape health was excellent, aided by the vineyard's ventilation and favourable differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures. The qualitative outlook was highly promising, with expectations of wines showing clear territorial identity together with the mineral character and freshness associated with lava soils.
