About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Montello and Colli Asolani in Veneto. The vineyards occupy two low hills south of the Piave River, on mineral-rich red clay soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes macerate on their skins for four days to extract colour and aroma. Fermentation lasts about 12 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks and large wooden casks.
