Vinification
A brief cold maceration is followed by gentle crushing and separation of the juice. The juice is held in sterile stainless-steel tanks at 0 °C to prevent alcoholic fermentation.

Once opened, the wine should be consumed within three days.
Label / history
“Gocce di Luna” means “Drops of the Moon.” The simple, modern white bottle design features a crescent moon.
