Team Building in Sicily: discovering our roots, strengthening our team and creating a positive impact

From 21 to 23 May 2026, colleagues travelled to Sicily to strengthen working relationships and deepen their knowledge of the places, people and projects behind the company’s wines.

A central part of the programme focused on Cortese and Santa Tresa, the two wineries in the heart of the Vittoria area. Participants walked through the vineyards, visited production facilities and met the teams responsible for year-round work. The experience highlighted organic viticulture, biodiversity, responsible land stewardship and the connection between wine and local identity.

The group also explored the landscapes, agricultural traditions, communities and cultural heritage of Vittoria and Ragusa. The programme concluded with an environmental action organised with Plastic Free Italia and the two winery teams, which removed 700 kg of waste from the areas surrounding the estates.
