Sanguis Jovis 2026: High School of Sangiovese

The ninth Sanguis Jovis Summer School took place in Montalcino from 6 to 10 July 2026 under the theme “Artificial. When the hand of man improves nature.” Five days of study considered the human meaning of the artificial and wine as an agricultural, biochemical and socio-economic artefact. The programme culminated in Banfi-Day and the Rudy Buratti Degree Award ceremony and continued the school’s purpose of training culturally grounded, technically prepared and open-minded Sangiovese professionals.
