Corona al ColFòndo Colli Trevigiani

Bele Casel announced a forthcoming change in the designation of its ColFondo from Asolo Prosecco DOCG to Colli Trevigiani IGT. The wine itself would continue to be based on the family's Monfumo vineyards and traditional bottle-refermentation process. The reclassification separated this individual expression from the conventions attached to the broader Prosecco category; the current release appears as ColFondo Agricolo® Colli Trevigiani IGT.
