Berlucchi at Identità Milano 2026

Identità Milano 2026 took place at the Allianz MiCo North Wing. On 8 June, the new Identità di Territorio programme brought together Virginia Cattaneo, Riccardo Forapani, Mattia Pecis, Paolo Griffa, Moreno Cedroni, Caterina Ceraudo and Andrea Aprea, accompanied by sommelier Jessica Rocchi. The chefs interpreted their territories through local products and contemporary cooking. Andrea Aprea received the Identità di Territorio 2026 award, presented with Berlucchi to recognise work that strengthens Italy’s gastronomic heritage. Cristina Ziliani described the partnership as support for dialogue and forward-looking thinking within Italian food culture.
