About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from selected low-yielding plots with soils suited to the variety. Bisol’s vineyards extend over 50 ha, mostly in the Cartizze area among the steep hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
Ageing
No additional ageing is required.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8 °C in a tall, slender flute and drink immediately after opening.

Bisol is a family-run wine house dating to 1542. Paolo Bisol is its chief winemaker.
