Valgatara winery in Valpolicella is now operative

The Valgatara cellar became operational with its tanks and barrels installed and filled. Its fruttaio was equipped with traditional wooden arele for drying the grape bunches used in Amarone production. The opening completed a substantial redevelopment undertaken to establish Bottega’s working presence in Valpolicella while retaining the area’s inherited production traditions.
