About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mainly by hand into small crates, with some picked mechanically. Machine harvesting can take place at night to keep the fruit cool, shorten the harvest period and allow picking at ideal ripeness. The berries are carefully sorted, sometimes more than once. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for around seven months in French oak barriques in a temperature- and humidity-controlled cellar.
