Vedere Vendemmia 2016 at Buonivini

The harvest diary followed Planeta’s 90-day progression across five territories and 26 grape varieties. At Buonivini, Moscato di Noto picking was under way by 12 August. The fruit was intended for Passito di Noto DOC and dry Moscato Bianco Noto DOC. A 14 August entry explored the Buonivini valley and its Moscato and Nero d’Avola vineyards, while 17 August marked the first day of Moscato Bianco harvesting specifically for Passito di Noto.
