Grapes
100% Garnacha.
Vinification
Made by the traditional method. A short maceration develops its delicate rosé colour.
Ageing
Matured for a minimum of 36 months with a natural cork closure. Each bottle is disgorged by hand.
Technical data
Cava de Paraje and limited-edition Gran Reserva Rosé, released exclusively in magnum. Production totalled 800 bottles, with approximately 300 still available when described.
Tasting profile
Delicate, bright pink, with fine, persistent bubbles forming an elegant crown. The expressive, complex nose combines red fruit, subtle floral nuances and a touch of toast from ageing. Elegant and well structured on the palate, with vibrant acidity, creamy texture and a long, refined finish.
Serving and pairing
Pair with sesame-crusted salmon tataki, red-prawn carpaccio, duck magret with red berries, burrata and confit tomatoes, or beetroot and goat’s-cheese risotto. Best enjoyed within the next two years.
