Specialist, un rosato tutto speciale

Il Mattaglio Specialist, a new creation by Christian Bellei, was formally presented during an event at Osteria Bottega in Bologna. The saignée Brut rosé is made from Pinot Nero grown in the hillside vineyards at Riccò di Serramazzoni, described as lying between 600 and 800 metres above sea level. The fruit remains in contact with its skins for 12 hours before vinification. The wine entered the commercial catalogue following the presentation.
