The 5 Tenuta di Capezzana experiences you can’t miss

The article groups Capezzana’s visitor programme into five themes. Wine experiences range from an introductory tour of Countess Lisa’s rose garden and historic cellars to a deeper tasting with Vin Santo and a four-hour jeep itinerary through the vineyards. Vertical tastings of Villa di Capezzana and Ghiaie della Furba are held in the Contessa Room. Cooking classes, founded by Countess Lisa in the late 1980s, use Tuscan recipes linked to the Medici period and conclude with lunch and a cellar tour. Guided e-bike trips cross hills, woods, vineyards and olive groves before a tasting. La Vinsantaia completes the programme with a modern interpretation of Tuscan food based on local ingredients.
