Aria di novità alla Zerba

The renovated complex at Cascina La Zerba was conceived as a multipurpose centre immersed in the Barbera and Timorasso vineyards at Volpedo. Its programme combined a tasting room, a small kitchen and equipped meeting spaces, with bio-construction and photovoltaic energy forming part of its environmental design.

Saturday opening was planned around booked tastings of the estate’s Derthona Timorasso and Barbera Superiore accompanied by local foods and an account of their production. During the week, the premises were intended for introductory wine courses, small events, external presentations and team-building activities.
