About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nero d’Avola comes from the Salemi area, from vines averaging 12 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and sorted. They undergo eight days of maceration in small stainless-steel tanks at 28–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for eight months in cement vats, followed by three months in bottle.
