About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and dried naturally to raisins in well-ventilated rooms. They are then frozen at −18 °C for three days and pressed in a manual press, yielding a thick, luscious juice. Fermentation takes place in old barriques, where complex aromas develop.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same barriques for three years, developing elegance, balance and refined wood notes.
Tasting profile
Complex on the nose, with an elegant, balanced character and refined notes of wood.
