Caterina describes her working circle through the image of being “on board”: a defined space that values meaningful limits without rigid rules.

Francesca Arquint accompanies her in the cellar. The two taste together and follow the wines as they develop from year to year. After Giulio Gambelli, whom Caterina regarded as exceptionally difficult to replace, Arquint brought a combination of long friendship, professional preparation, an exceptional sense of smell and a refined palate. Caterina values the directness and respect of her approach and entrusts the wines to her without wanting them forced in any direction.

Maurizio Castelli impressed Caterina with his assurance, competence, sincerity and willingness to help. His manner of listening to concerns and ambitions informed his choice of Simone Rossi as the person to work directly alongside her.

Rossi brings close attention and practical resilience to vineyard work. He discusses operations with Gianni Rubegni, monitors the vines continuously and exchanges ideas about interventions, new developments and future projects while walking the rows.

Teatro del Vino distributes the wines exclusively in Italy. Caterina presents Leonardo, Mario and Luca as partners whose passion, curiosity and direct human relationships mirror her own commitment to wine.
