Cantine Aperte 2021: excursions, visits and tastings
Cantine Aperte 2021 was organized around four bookable experiences on 29 and 30 May. Package A comprised a guided winery visit, local cured meats and cheeses, and three estate wines. Package B added an e-mountain-bike ride; Package C added an off-road vehicle tour; and Package D used two-seat quad bikes, with between three and five quads per session. Winery-only groups were limited to 20 participants per time slot, while the e-bike and off-road formats were limited to four.
Saturday offered winery visits at 11:00 and 15:00; Sunday offered hourly departures from 10:00 through 17:00. Excursion participants were asked to arrive 40 minutes before the winery-visit time. Outdoor portions were weather-dependent, with refund, wine-credit or rebooking options offered when rain prevented Packages B–D. Reservations were compulsory, cancellations required at least 72 hours’ notice, and the programme incorporated the mask, distancing and visitor-registration rules then in force.
