Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in northeastern Italy and are farmed using biodynamic methods.
Vinification
The 2023 grapes were harvested mechanically, crushed and gently cold-pressed. Following the first fermentation, the base wine underwent a two-month second fermentation in a pressurised tank using the Charmat method.
Label / history
“Terre di Marca” appears in the wine’s name. “Millesimato” indicates that the grapes come from a single harvest year, while “Bio” refers to the approach taken to caring for the vines and their environment. “Extra Dry” corresponds to 12–17 g/L of sugar, slightly more than Brut.
