About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are farmed organically, with short pruning, an annual green harvest and no irrigation. These practices result in low yields.
Grapes
The blend contains equal proportions of Raboso and Marzemino.
Vinification
Marzemino is harvested at the end of September and Raboso in early October. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, then undergo a short maceration on the lees, a second gentle pressing and clarification. A long natural fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 18 °C, followed by a second fermentation under pressure in the Italian style.

The De Stefani family has grown vines and made wine for four generations. Over time, the estate expanded and its vineyard practices evolved.
