About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown north of Bari in a well-exposed vineyard that provides ample sunshine and fresh air. The fertile soil is rich in limestone and stones.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature with cultured yeasts.
