From the Vineyard to the Glass — 3-Evening Course

The course was designed for participants wishing to understand wine beyond tasting alone. Three 90-minute meetings combine explanation, guided tasting with tasting notes, educational material and opportunities to speak with the team.

The first lesson introduces the territory, Valpolicella’s grape varieties and initial tasting principles. The second examines techniques and styles, including appassimento, Ripasso and comparative ageing. The third focuses on food pairing and conviviality and includes a substantial aperitif composed of appetisers and small dishes selected for pairing experiments.

The programme takes place at Cantina Valpolicella Negrar. Participation cost €85 for all three meetings, tastings included, and attendees completing the course receive a certificate. Places were limited and advance booking was recommended.
