The Donnafugata Art Gallery. When wine meets art

The new permanent gallery is conceived as an immersive journey through Donnafugata's dialogue with art. Original works by Stefano Vitale appear alongside the labels they inspired, revealing how an idea develops into an image. The narrative begins with Vitale's 1994 meeting with Gabriella Anca Rallo and follows the emergence of the feminine figures, Mediterranean colour, literature, myth and landscape that became the company's visual identity. Vitale's international path—from California and Mexico to New York, Venice and the Veneto countryside—provides further context for his folk-art influences and vivid palette. The gallery is open throughout the year inside the historic Marsala cellars.
