Patricia Tóth Honored at the 13th Edition of the Donne&Vino Award

Patricia Tóth was selected to receive the Donne&Vino Award on 29 May 2025 at Palazzo Panitteri in Sambuca di Sicilia. The thirteenth edition recognized women whose work combines wine quality with a cultural interpretation of place.

Tóth is a food-science engineer specializing in wine, beer and spirits. Before joining Planeta in 2005, she gained experience in Friuli, Piedmont and Hungary. Her first responsibilities included managing the Dorilli and Buonivini wineries. She later contributed to the creation of the Etna and Capo Milazzo estates and progressed to oversight of all production activities. Alongside her technical role, she works with the Business Intelligence team on commercial strategy and public relations.

The ceremony’s participants included Giuseppe Cacioppo, Gunther Di Giovanna, Gori Sparacino, Leo Ciaccio, Roberta Urso and Vito Bentivegna, representing municipal government, wine-route organizations, Città del Vino, Le Donne del Vino and the regional wine-and-oil institute.
