“Brut ma bon”: Metodo Classico by Tenuta Carretta Experience

The “Brut ma bon” tasting was announced for 3 July 2019 as an introduction to traditional-method sparkling wines from the three Terre Miroglio estates. Edoardo Miroglio Winery's contribution comprised Sparkling EM Brut, Sparkling EM Brut Rosé, Sparkling EM Brut Blanc de Blancs and Bio Traminer Sparkling Wine. The Elenovo wines were characterised as a livelier counterpoint to Malgrà's long-aged sparkling wines.
