Sparkling Cannubi – 7 July 2022

The Sparkling Cannubi dinner was scheduled for 7 July 2022 at Locanda in Cannubi. Four sparkling wines from the Terre Miroglio group were paired with four dishes. The Bulgarian stage of the programme featured Edoardo Miroglio Blanc de Blancs 2017 with small Enkir-flour dumplings, seafood ragù and glasswort, followed by Brut Rosé 2017 with grilled beef rump, braised Belgian endive and citrus mayonnaise. The other two wines came from Tenuta Carretta and Malgrà.
