A traditional-method blanc de blancs sparkling wine, made with secondary fermentation in the bottle.

The 2019 Christmas catalogue presents the wine in a 750 ml bottle under the EM Metodo Classico collection.
Serving and pairing
At the 2022 Sparkling Cannubi tasting, the 2017 vintage was paired with small enkir-flour gnocchi, seafood ragù and glasswort.
