At the beginning of 2025, wines from the new vintage were racked into large casks. Dolcetto d’Alba Mandorlo and Langhe Nebbiolo Montegrilli remained in stainless steel throughout maturation, consistent with their intended fresh, wood-free style. During February and March, the winery bottled part of the range then entering the market, including Barbaresco, two Barbera expressions, Dolcetto, Langhe Nebbiolo and Nascetta.
