2020 Harvest Report

Trebbiano was picked early to preserve acidity after temporary water stress. Donatella was harvested on 24–25 September after rain restored vine activity, at 12.5% potential alcohol and pH 3.25. The 1.5 ha Pecorino parcel was picked on 30–31 August. Cerasuolo was harvested on 26 September; 43 hl were foot-crushed with an experimental 5% of intact pedicel-bearing berries.
