About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The hillside vineyards stand at 350–450 m above sea level and have sandy-loam soils. The Chardonnay vines are 5–30 years old, trained using Guyot and pergola systems, with a yield of 70 hl/ha.

Grapes

Chardonnay.

Vinification

Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks. The wine then matures on its fine lees in stainless steel for three months.

Technical data

The 2025 wine has 13% alcohol, 5.7 g/l acidity and 2.5 g/l residual sugar. Its ageing potential is 2–3 years.

Tasting profile

Bright straw yellow. The fruit-led bouquet combines banana with white-flower notes. Freshness and good structure define the palate, followed by a medium-long finish.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 8–10 °C. Suitable as an aperitif and especially harmonious with vegetable dishes.
