About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The hillside vineyards have a south-eastern exposure and lie at 350–450 m. Their soils are loamy and sandy. The vines, trained to Guyot and pergola systems, are 5–30 years old, with a yield of 65 hl/ha.
Grapes
Gewürztraminer.
Vinification
The grapes are handled particularly gently to preserve the variety’s characteristic aromas. Controlled fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks.
