About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards around Calino di Cazzago San Martino, in the heart of Franciacorta.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-August and carefully sorted, then gently pressed. The first fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels. The prise de mousse occurs in the bottle according to the traditional method.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for at least 24 months.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is complex, and the palate is elegant.

Suitable as an aperitif.
Label / history
Monogram is a sparkling-wine brand of Castel Faglia, and each bottle bears the signature Monogram logo. The wine won a gold medal at the Catad’Or competition in 2024.
