About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel vats, with 48–72 hours of maceration. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation follows in stainless-steel tanks.

The palate is balanced, refined and fresh, with elegant acidity and a lingering finish.
