About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay grows in east-facing vineyards in Sicily at an altitude of 500 m. The vines are eight years old, and the grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature conditions.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless-steel tanks.
