About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Sicily in east-facing vineyards at 500 metres above sea level. The vines are eight years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented at controlled temperatures.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for at least seven months.
